We are happy to feature Sudhi T, an expert National level kathak dancer from Bangalore. She has over 8 years of experience as a dance trainer. She started her career after achieving Visharad in Kathak from Mumbai University. She has trained more than 200 students. Sudhi is a professional Kathak dancer who takes immense pleasure in guiding her students to understand the beauty of Indian classical dance.
Sudhi is a state national level dancer. She has participated in various parts of dance competitions throughout India. She completed her Bachelor of Arts from Gandharva. Besides Kathak, she also helps students with choreography on various types of Bollywood, semi-classical and classical songs.

Q1. When and how did you start working as a Dance Tutor?
I have been working for the past 9 years as a tutor. Since I am very passionate about Kathak and other forms of dances and love spreading my knowledge with other like-minded individuals, I thought of taking this professionally.
Q2. What skills are required to become a Dance Tutor in the categories chosen by you?
One needs to have a minimum 6 years of rigorous continuous training in the art form.

I am not only a tutor to my students, but I am their mentor. My classes are limited to 1-hour session. I guide students for the long-term career goals they aim at while learning this dance form in class.
