Q 1. What inspired you to become a VBA Trainer?
Ans. I like VBA programming. It is similar to other programming languages like C, C++ etc. Initially, I started with one student and now I teach more than 10 students per batch in Excel. I conduct VBA programming classes through Online Training, Classroom Training, and Home Tuition.
Q2. What do you think are the qualities of a great VBA tutor?
Ans. Interest in the subject, patience, complete understanding of VBA. I think a great VBA trainer is someone who is not just good in VBA. The trainer should be able to give 360 degree view of the Visual Basic language – Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Macros and Macro Programming. My way of teaching attracts different levels of students.
Q3. How you came across UrbanPro?
Ans. Few years ago I was looking for a tutor for my Home Classes and Online Classes. I thought of getting some students to train Information Technology subjects and I searched on Internet for some websites that might help me find students. During my search, I came to know about UrbanPro.com (it was ThinkVidya.com then) and it had helped me to get many students.
Q4. How UrbanPro platform helped you to expand your VBA Training Classes?
Ans. UrbanPro is a wonderful website. I am very thankful for UrbanPro.com through which I got amazing students. I am getting students from different universities outside India, and from professionals working in MNCs like Cognizant, Bank of America, Capital IQ etc. Success of my students makes me extremely happy and satisfied.
Q5. What do you think you wished you had known early on UrbanPro?
Ans. Quick Response. I wished the UrbanPro.com platform existed when I start teaching about a decade and half back.
Q6. What percentage of your work comes from UrbanPro?
Ans. Since 2012, I am working with students and institutes who have contacted me via UrbanPro. I get around 50% of students from UrbanPro, remaining 50% comes from other sources and places.
Q7. One advice that you would like to give to new Pros on UrbanPro.
Ans. Education is not a business, be honest towards your students. For a Trainer, this is not the END. So, consistently learning new things will be more helpful to you. I believe Knowledge increases by Sharing not Saving.
