Every person no matter how vain or modest loves it when people turn around to look at them and compliment them for their beauty. “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder”, that’s a phrase that most of us have heard at some point in our lives, yet the quest to look beautiful and attractive has been the primary aim of humans for a long time in history. Women of all ages spend so much of their time and money, just to take care of their beauty and look as gorgeous as they can.

Here are few easy and natural tips for women to help them with their hair, face, skin and hands.

Hair care for girls:

Its winter time and the temperatures are falling below normal ranges. Dry and cold winds in these tempratures result in our scalp getting extremely dry and hair looking almost like hay; dry, dull and absolutely flat. Just oiling does not help in getting the moisture back and giving our hair a radiant look. Try applying this pack that can be easily made at home.
You will need 1/2 cup of barley flour, 1 tbsp of vinegar apple cider, 1/2 cup of flour white spelt and 1 cup of water. Take both kinds of flour and strain them together, then add the apple cider vinegar and mix it and then add water and mix the batter well. Apply it to your dry hair making sure you add coats to each strand and the scalp. Cover the hair with a shower cap and let the pack stay for 20-30 minutes. Rinse it with cool water.

Its holidays and party time, make sure you add life to your hair by investing in hair accessories like hair clips, bands and decorative scrunches’. Turn and twist your hair and tie them up and add these accessories and be ready to party in all of 30 seconds.

Face and skin care for girls:

Dry skin, freckles, dark spots tend to make a person look and feel haggard and can be a nuisance in the festive season. Few easy home remedies can help you solve this problem and give your face a renewed glow.

Exfoliate and remove the dead skin from the face at least once a week.  Combine two tbsp of brown sugar, two tbsp of oatmeal and ¼ cup of milk and mix it till it becomes a paste. Apply to skin and rub it gently to remove the dead skin cells, rinse and apply a moisturiser or cream.

Mask: A simple home-produced mask is a perfect way to hydrate your skin and a give it a glow. Take one tablespoon of lemon juice, cucumber juice sandalwood paste and tomato juice and mix them to make a paste. Apply it to the face and wait till it dries up. Rinse it and then apply moisturiser or cream and get a renewed glow.

Honey: It is a very old beauty product that’s used to clean, revitalise and soothe the skin. Simply apply honey straight to the skin and keep rubbing gently so that it enters the pores of the skin. Wait for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it with warm water. Apply moisturiser or cream so that skin looks radiant for long.

Banana: The natural soothing agent in the Banana helps in hydrating the parched skin. Just squash and mash a ripe banana to form a paste and add a tsp of olive oil. Apply it to the dry parts of the body. Keep if for 10-15 minutes.

Hand beauty care for girl:

Hands are the most abused parts of our body as they are used for every activity and they are usually the least cared for. Simple tips while doing the house chores can help in reducing the abuse and as well providing the attention the hands need. While dishwashing add 1tsp of almond oil to the dishwater. This will keep the moisture intact in the hands.

Exfoliate and remove dead cells of the hands by brushing hands with a toothbrush in a mixture of sea salt lemon. This will keep the hands smooth and soft.

Wash hands in hot water and then rub them with a rough wash cloth. Apply a mix of 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of oil while the hands are still little damp. Then cover the hands with a small plastic bag and wear a pair of cotton gloves on them for about 30 minutes. The heat generated by the plastic and gloves will help in penetration of honey and oil properly
Soak your hands in luke warm milk. This helps in the strengthening of nails.
