Q1. When and how did you start as a Visual Basic Trainer?
Ans. My journey as ‘Trainer’ started in 2011 when after taking a break from an ongoing job, I began sharing my knowledge of MS Excel skills with a group of friends. Initially, I started training people on MS Excel and later added VBA also to my training list. Since initial days at the job, I always loved giving a detailed explanation of Functions/Formulas or codes to my team members. It helped me discover the hidden potential within me of starting a journey as a Trainer.
Q2. What skills are required to become a Visual Basic Trainer?
Ans. I believe, anyone who has rich work experience and knowledge of MS Excel & VBA, can become a VBA trainer, but to become a “Good Trainer”, one should always have “Patience” and “Good Understanding Skills” along with “Passion” and “Dedication”.
Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other Visual Basic Trainers on UrbanPro.com?
Ans. Well, first, I try to understand the need of an individual before offering any course to them.
Second, I am very dedicated and passionate about my work. I customise my study materials according to students’ learning requirements. I also don’t compromise with the quality. So, to maintain quality, even I have to expand my number of classes for some reason, I do it happily until students’ doubts/queries get cleared.
Third, I stay friendly with mentees that make me easily approachable by everyone even in some odd working hours.

Q4. How you came across UrbanPro.com?
Ans. It was June 2016, when I was in search of some good platform to share my knowledge with students, and I came across UrbanPro (aka ThinkVidya.com) along with few other portals. I registered with UrbanPro in search of getting students, and within few days, I started getting students for both Online and Offline training classes.
Q5. What was the turning point in your career?
Ans. The turning point was when I started working for Google* (2014-15), which boost my confidence to the next level. It helped me a lot to talk with confidence to different levels of professional students (Executive to Top Management).

Just a year back in April 2017, I was awarded for my Microsoft Excel Training and this time for Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Q7. What percentage of your work comes from UrbanPro.com?
Ans. Initially, the work percentage from UrbanPro was close to 70%. Now it has been reduced quite a bit to 50% – 55%, but I know that UrbanPro team works hard to filter the best leads for us.
