It happened 10 years ago, somehow I could not see the inscription on the advertising banner, although it was big enough, so it strained me very much. That day was the beginning of the study of Yoga for eyes.
I studied and practiced yoga for the eyes and Tao for the face, Ayurvedic Ways to restore vision and cleansing practices for the eyes. And you know what? The vision started to be restored in just two weeks.
If you, just like me, have encouraged vision impairment, this article is for you. I share with you all the systematized knowledge and the experience through which it was held. These are Indian, Chinese and Russian recovery techniques.
Only a 15-minute simple complex is available to all.
So, what worsens our eyesight and what can be done with it:
Eye voltage based on social research results, a modern user spends seven hours in front of the iPhone, Laptop, computer or TV screen. Due to the long work of the eye muscles atrophy and the use of smartphones on the run, reading a small font with dim lighting or in the dark – only worsens vision.
To remove the accumulated eye stress, practice the “Palming” exercise. Distribute palms for 10-15 seconds. Close your eyes, and put warm palms on your face. Slowly breathe your nose, and hold your hands in front for a minute—repeat in the morning and the evening, as well as every 30 minutes during the working day.
Redness, allergies, and eye pollution after walking around the city or driving a car, you can feel burning or redness of the eyes. Washing will help in this situation. The main thing is to use clean water. Keep in the mouth of the water, open wide eyes and spray continuously clean water from the tap 8 times; breath through the nose. Practice it every morning and evening or as needed.
Stress in life also worsens vision instantly – this is psychosomatics. In other words, “We do not want to see something.”
I have a pleasant and exciting exercise for you. Lightweight and look at the fire at the cottage, fireplace, or river bank. Practice regularly monitoring sunset or dawn. Remember, the sun heals only when it is on the horizon line. Otherwise, the rays can be unsafe. If Sub is not visible, use the candle flames for practice.

I would gladly practice it myself, but there is no snow in Rishikesh, so I go to the sandy bottom in cool water and stones near the gangs themselves. It is strongly recommended to walk barefoot and get a foot massage after the long use of uncomfortable shoes.
Fatigue. If you are tired after a hard day, you feel migraine and stress in your eyes, practising Shashankasana.
Sit on your knees, lower your head on the floor, and pull your hands forward. It is enough 3-5 minutes of practice a day, and you will feel the relaxation of the eyes and the fatigue will disappear.
Unbalanced diet fat, too much sugar, semi-finished products, and all “fast food” are directly related to vision impairment. Worst of sight of alcohol, pastry from white flour, sausages, smoking, strong tea and coffee, canned food, salt and sugar.
The essential condition for maintaining health, including vision, is water use. Drink 2-3 litres of warm water during the day. Put in the diet of food health products rich in omega-3 acids, carotene, zeaxanthin, anthocyanin, and vitamin C. This is fish, nuts, legumes, seeds, citrus, Green vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, eggs, dairy products, GCH, Blueberry and Blueberry berries, Papaya, and Kiwi.
Lack of vitamins and minerals Complete the use of additives and vitamins in the diet. Lutein is a substance in the human body responsible for visual acuity. Over the years, naturally, the amount of lutein in the body decreases.
For the health of the eye 5-6 grams of Lutein per day is enough. The most significant amount of lutein is contained in the Mary gold flowers.
You can make yourself prepare from the maroon colour Mary gold flowers and the nectar to restore vision.
Separate the petals from the flowers, fill them with olive oil and put them in a water bath for 15 minutes. Give it cool and filter the oil obtained by the “Eye Elixir” Keep it in the refrigerator. After 10 days, start using 1 tablespoon daily on an empty stomach.
Weak eye muscles Regular yoga practice For the eyes will extend the youth of the eyes and restore vision.
For 10 years, I have been making a 10-minute complex for view. Not only is it a soft warm-up for the whole body, but mine also expresses our gratitude for the disorder.
By the way, I felt the result after the first week of practice. I will tell you what exactly should be done.
Perform slowly moving through the eyes to the right and left, up-down, and diagonally sitting, with a straight back. The head is fixed. Repeat each movement 4 times, rest between the fittings for 5 seconds, and breathe a slow nose.
Of course, a miracle will not happen immediately. But after the first week, my students observed an improvement in the clarity of view, moisturizing and relaxing of the eyes, and the balance of the emotional state.
This practice is a good habit for many people, like brushing their teeth. The procedure requires regularity for the health of the oral cavity. Also, the eyes – daily care and practice will respond with excellent eyesight, despite age. I am sure of that because it was just like that.
