Q1. When and how you started as a Selenium Trainer?
Ans. Everything started with my colleagues; I used to code everyday and teach my freshers who joined my team. Later, I got an opportunity in an institute to teach and start individually and became a Corporate Trainer. Sharing the knowledge gains you more confidence and respect in the society. I started to understand where I can help them to learn easily. Now, I have trained around 3000+ students in my career. That’s what I feel as my achievement now.
Q2. What skills are required to become a Selenium Trainer?
Ans. Patience is the best key to success. Technology comes second. You need to be good in Java, Selenium, Framework and its respective components. Keep learning everyday, and upgrading yourself. Always, try to find an easy way to make your students understand by giving real time examples.

Ans. If I learn a subject, what I expect from others, I give the same to my students. I interact with my students a lot and try to understand their real problems and start training accordingly.
