Here is an excerpt of the interview where she shared her exciting and successful journey as a German Language Trainer on UrbanPro:
Q. When and how you started as a German Trainer?
Ans. I am a Lawyer by education. However, practicing law never gave me the joy that I was looking for (work wise). It was then 5 years ago that I started with English Language Training and very soon after finishing German lessons, I started teaching German to people who wanted to go to Germany for work or higher education. In the initial years, I taught German in various institutes. I realised that teaching German unlocks the world of happiness to me. Not to forget that I have always got the most amazing students. My students have made me who I am today, and I am thankful to each one of them.
Q. What skills are required to become a German Trainer?
Ans. Well it’s a foreign language! You need to be well versed with all the rules of each level that you are teaching. As per me, one should come up with various tricks and tips that will help the students learn better. Also, the classes need to be interactive, I always encourage my students to speak in the class even if they construct the sentences in a wrong way. I firmly believe that the only right way to speak a foreign language is by speaking it wrong in front of the teacher, because it’s only your teacher who will correct you and you will eventually learn to speak right and become better with time.
Q. What do you think makes you stand out from other German Trainer?
Ans. That’s a tricky question. I never really looked at it that way or for that matter even gave it a thought. However, what makes “me” a good teacher are my students. The respect and appreciation they have shown towards me, the faith and confidence they have shown in me has just encouraged me to become better a teacher. I would be nothing if it wasn’t for all these brilliant “gems of students” that I have been blessed with, from my first day of teaching German. Till today, it has just been an amazing journey, and I just wish to continue being better.
Q. How you came across UrbanPro?
Ans. It was sheer luck, and I am glad that I stumbled upon your website. I was looking to apply for work in different institutes in my city. That’s when I found out about UrbanPro.
Q. What was the turning point in your career?
Ans. Like I said finding you guys! (UrbanPro) and my students together have made me reach here. If I wouldn’t have got the platform of UrbanPro, I don’t think I would have got so much fame and recognition. Thanks a tonne to UrbanPro!

Ans. Most of my students are from UrbanPro. The platform helps me in getting more and more students. It is because of UrbanPro that not only that I have students in my own city but throughout India and also abroad. I have students everywhere only because of your website.
Q. What percentage of your work comes from UrbanPro?
Ans. The percentage of my work from UrbanPro would be 90%. Many of my students get referred by my previous students. However, maximum number of my students are form UrbanPro.
