Q1. When and how did you start as a Bank PO Trainer?

Ans. I started my preparation for government jobs in 2008 because my father wanted me to be a government employee. Even though I was not interested in government jobs, I started my preparation for various banking examinations. Right from my college days, I was very much interested in teaching. And when I had got through a competitive exam, I started to look out for a platform to find students and start teaching. In the meantime, I started to teach in an institute, but I was not really happy with the experience.

Then I came across UrbanPro.com (formerly known as ThinkVidya.com) and started getting many students. Through UrbanPro, I received opportunities to work with various institutes, colleges, and even recognition for my work. I am really very thankful to UrbanPro for giving me such a wonderful opportunity. Now, I am pursuing my passion and teaching full-time.

  1. The Trainer should have cleared the exam or similar exams so that he knows the subject and strategies better.

  2. Must have a thorough knowledge of the subjects and exam patterns.

  3. The Trainer should stay updated with latest Bank PO exam patterns, as frequently exam patterns are changed.

Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other Bank PO Trainers on UrbanPro.com?
