She carries 5 years of experience as Spoken English, Communication Skills and Personality Development Trainer. Her aim is to build 100% confidence in her students to get rid of hesitation, stage fear, stammering and to teach the presentation skills and the art of public speaking.
Ruchi’s work experience includes a stint in Teaching as well as the Human Resource industry. She specialises in teaching skills like English Grammar, Public Speaking, Debate, Interview preparation, Email Writing, and Business English. She has been teaching students from around the world including students from the USA, Dubai, London, Canada, Saudi, France and Australia. Ruchi takes one-on-one and group classes for her students to help them improve fluency. These classes are conducted Online via Video call. She follows an interactive way of teaching. These are mainly- debate, extempore, anchoring, group discussion, pronunciation, gaming, and activities based training system.

1. When and why did you choose to become a Spoken English tutor?
Ans: I decided to join the teaching profession in 2015 because I faced a lot of struggle in my life just because of a lack of communication skills. So, I decided to learn thoroughly and teach those students who actually deserve a better position/place.
2. What skills are required to become a Spoken English tutor?
Ans: It requires an excellent command on the English Language Subject, Excellent knowledge of English Grammar and Vocabulary. A positive attitude can make things easier for the students so that they can get rid of their fear since it is not rocket science.
3. How did you come across UrbanPro.com?
Ans: I was searching for a tutor job and I came across UrbanPro site.
4. What distinguishes you from other Spoken English tutors? *
Ans: I work according to student requirements. I create a classroom environment in which students can speak freely. They enjoy my classes since they find the environment friendly. I don’t teach them using traditional methods. Rather, I teach them the way they want to be taught.
Ruchi has been conducting classes for Spoken English, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Interview Skills Training, Storytelling Classes, and Summer Camp classes for 5 years.
