Q1. When and how did you start as a B. Tech Tutor?
Ans: I started as a B.Tech Tutor way back in 2013 via Offline classes. Later, I began online training as well and got registered on UrbanPro.com in 2017, which allowed me to grow my tutorial classes.

Ans: Ability to Communicate Clearly: A tutor should have the ability to teach and convey the information clearly. One should relate to theory, principles, practical applications etc.
Prepared and well Organised: A tutor should prepare his/her classes with a proper lesson plan as effective lesson planning is key to the process of teaching. In short, a tutor should be well organised and well prepared.
Command of the Subject Matter: A tutor should be well-informed, highly committed and must keep up-to-date with changes to make learning effective.
Creativity, Openness and Flexibility: A tutor should use a variety of teaching methods and styles.
Commitment: A tutor should have a sincere desire to teach and make teaching his/her main priority.

About the Trainer: Raghunandan is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering of BMS Institute of Technology and Management, Bengaluru. He has authored six textbooks which are prescribed as main textbooks in various universities across India. He has been awarded as the “Best Professor for Electronics and Communication Engineering” by Karnataka Educational Awards for the year 2018 and 2019 successively.
