Q1. When and how did you start as an MBA Tutor?
Ans: I started my teaching journey in the year of 2009. Some of my students motivated me to teach MBA subjects as they had secured a distinction with my help in teaching. It was a turning point in my life when my student had secured 90% marks in MBA. I got a lot of appreciation from their Parents for my teaching skill. It was the year of 2011 when I decided to continue as an MBA Tutor.
Q2. What skills are required to become an MBA Tutor?
Ans: It is a challenge where you are going to teach different students who come from different streams of education. Most of them don’t have a background in commerce and you are supposed to teach them within a short span of time. So apart from the relevant experience, knowledge, education and skills, it’s important to understand their need and sensitivity to apply the best possible method and teach as per each student’s level of understanding and grasping capabilities.
