Q1. When and how you started as a German Language Trainer?
Ans. 1 : As a German Language Trainer I started my career in 2012. Till 2012, I worked in corporate as a German translator and also worked as a Visa Assistant in German Consulate. But that was not giving me satisfaction. I always wanted to give back to the society which I received. Being Art of living teacher I knew how a person gets satisfaction in teaching. And this strong urge of teaching led me to Thinkvidya.com (now Urbanpro). Registering with Urbanpro was so easy and affordable, that I got motivated to change my field into teaching. And after that there was no looking back. Every month I used to get enough enquiries. As I always believed in quality not quantity, I never took too many students at a time. After winning the award in 2014, I was also invited by multinational companies like Bosch, Incadea for corporate teaching. Currently because of UrbanPro, I have got an opportunity to teach German in Amrita Engineering College.
Q2. What skills are required to become a German Language Trainer?
Ans. There has to be sincerity, honesty and passion for imparting your knowledge to the students. One must be clear with the concepts and fundamentals to become German trainer. One should use innovative ways and methods for teaching.
Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other German Language Trainers on UrbanPro.com?
Ans. As I said, passion and sincerity has helped me to stand out from other teachers. Even you need to understand the requirement and intellectual skill of the students and accordingly teaching should be done. I always make sure that my students are thorough in grammar. No matter I have to repeat it 3 times, 4 times. Doing this their writing skill will improve. Some of my students have even been asked about which institute they went to, due to their good performance in their international exam.
Q4. How you came across UrbanPro.com?
Ans. The day I started learning German, I wanted to become a teacher. But I did not have any resources or support, which could help me to build my career in that direction. So for curiosity I went to that site and saw that there was a requirement for German language teacher. I immediately registered for that. This gave me the platform to stand as a teacher.

Ans. I won the best German Teacher award in 2014, because of strong reviews given by my students. This was the turning point in my career.
