Although, started his career as a Flute Trainer casually, Nikhil soon converted his passion into a musical career helping hundreds of people who wants to excel in playing the instrument. Q1. When and how you started as a Flute Trainer?
Ans. It started when I was pursuing my MBA while doing my internship, I was very confused and doubtful that I will not justify if I opt for a job. Then I just started to give Flute classes on Saturdays and Sundays to share what I know and learn at the same time by teaching. After one month, I started receiving good responses and I was earning decent more than what I was getting in my internship and events. I enjoyed teaching and it was a very satisfying experience as I was doing what I love to do!
Q2. What skills are required to become a Flute Trainer?
Ans. To know everything and to share what you know are two different things. The main skills are – to know how it will work best for the learners, as each individual understands differently, knowing the practice pattern to give lessons accordingly, which will give best results. And lastly, being patient and teaching how to be patient to new learners to be able to play melodious tunes.
Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other Flute Trainers on UrbanPro.com?
Ans. I think my ability to connect with each learner individually helps me to understand them better. Plus, I don’t follow the traditional way of teaching only, I customized as per students requirements. Over the years, I have developed few easy techniques to enable a learner get along with the instrument easily and start understanding the instrument well to eliminate all their doubts. I also try to keep my classes entertaining and giving emphasis on core practicing, to make my students feel motivated to learn Flute.
