Practicing Kundalini:

  1. Lie on your belly
  2. Hands under your shoulders pressed on the yoga mat.
  3. Push your palms and stretch it fully to lift your torso.
  4. Arch your spine and let the head fall backwards.
  5. Hold for 10 seconds.
  6. Come back to normal position.
