1. What/Who is Teacherji?
www.teacherji.in is the fastest growing online platform in India for training and learning needs. We believe that learning does not end with school and college, and can, in fact, be a lifelong joy. So our platform focuses on your larger learning needs and wants. We aim to cover the A to Z in training: from aerobics to abacus; from reiki to reflexology and from cooking to cricket. We bring together trainers/teachers and those who want to learn, thus closing the gap that traditional learning and teaching leaves.

2. What is ThinkVidya.com?
Teacherji.in is joining hands with another company in the education/learning space named 3pundits.com and together the two companies are forming a new website called ThinkVidya.com. The new website would focus on end to end spectrum of education and learning space in India by providing information about schools, preschools, colleges, other classes, courses and trainings. The website would focus on learning needs for people of all age groups and help them to learn more

3. Does it impact current Teacherji.in website and its users?
Partially yes. Once the new website ThinkVidya.com is launched, the existing Teacherji.in site will no longer be active. All the URLs pointing to Teacherji.in will get re-directed to ThinkVidya.com.

However users would continue to enjoy their benefits on ThinkVidya.com as currently do on Teacherji.in. There would not be any impact on the login information or any of the data created on Teacherji.in platform.

4. What is unique about Teacherji?
Teacherji is the only platform in India that captures all information about out-of-school learning. You will find information on places that conduct these trainings, the  course information & schedule, the trainers’ profile, events and conferences, learning resources and much more. In addition, you will find home tuitions, online classes and distance learning classes.

5. Who can join Teacherji?
Anyone can join Teacherji. If you are someone who conducts any classes or trainings, you can register as a trainer (or training organization) and provide all the details including contact details, business information, courses and trainers.  If you are someone who wants to learn something, you can register as a student and we’ll keep you updated on the courses that you are interested in.

6. Does Teacherji offer jobs or provide students to teachers/trainers?
No, we do not offer any jobs to teachers, neither do we provide students to teachers. We are a medium that helps teachers promote their classes and courses online and enables registered students to call them directly.

7. Are teacherji services free?
We currently offer our services free of cost and there are no charges for anything. However, we offer advertising options for trainers and training institutes for premium promotion.

8. Is Teacherji affiliated to any of the trainers or training providers listed on www.teacherji.in?
No, we are not affiliated to any trainer or training provider and we often conduct checks to verify the accuracy of the contact details provided by the trainers.  As with any web-based offering, users are expected to conduct the usual checks and balances before joining any classes or courses listed on teacherji.in.

Technical Support Questions

1. I’ve registered on teacherji but have not received the activation code yet?
The activation code is sent immediately after you click the submit button, so if you’ve not received the activation code – either the email address you provided is not correct or our email is delivered to Trash/ Spam folder.  Make sure you’ve provided the right email address while registering and have checked your spam folder. If you still can’t find the activation code, send us an email to support@teacherji.in with subject line “Activation”.

2. I’m trying to register on Teacherji but the system says email already exists.
Click on the forgot password link. An email will be sent to your address with a link to reset the password.

3. I offer multiple classes and courses at the same location. Can I create multiple listing in the system showcasing each of my offering?
You don’t need to create multiple listings or add multiple similar addresses to showcase your different courses. Teacherji allows you to add multiple classes and courses offered at the same address. Adding multiple listings with similar addresses may cause you a penalty from our review system.

3. I’ve registered my classes on Teacherji but I’m not getting enough enquiries from students.
While teacherji.in helps you promote your classes on the web, we do not control or influence students’ response to your classes. We send you weekly emails with tips on how to get more visibility from your listing on Teacherji. Some of the most important things to get better visibility are i) Make sure that your listing information is up to date ii) You’ve added current/new courses and trainer information iii) You’ve uploaded your business logo and any other images iii) You ask your students to provide reviews on teacherji listing iv) You promote your Teacherji listing on social network v) You follow editorial best practices that we share. Following these tips will ensure you get maximum response from your listing.
