Here is an excerpt from the interview with Bappaditya Goswami, Medical Entrance Exams Trainer, Kolkata:

Q1. When and how did you start as a Medical Entrance Exams Trainer?

Ans. Teaching is another way of learning. I came to this field by passion not by profession. I started to teach Medical aspirants from 2015 though I have been teaching for the last 6 years. I love teaching from my school days. During my school days as well as college days I used to teach my batch mates, friends and juniors. It never fails to give me an immense pleasure. Basically, my parents had a dream to make me a Doctor. As I couldn’t fulfil their dream so I started to provide extensive guidance for medical aspirants to fulfil the dream of others parents which are very similar to mine.

Q2. What skills are required to become a Medical Entrance Exams Trainer?

Ans. I think a good trainer should have a sound knowledge of the subject as well as should be a facilitator towards the students to make the subject easier for them. Also, he needs to be updated on the exam pattern.

Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other Medical Entrance Exam Trainers on UrbanPro.com?

Ans. During tutoring the students always my first step is to make sure that the students learn the basics, and then I give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them to figure out the answers by themselves. If they are in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers and thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts. I am very much friendly with my students and always correlate each and every concept with daily life examples which make them understand the concept very easily.

Q4. How you came across UrbanPro.com?

Ans. I am always interested in search of new stuff over the internet. Once I was searching for some students in Kolkata as I intended to give tuition to them. Suddenly, one of my friend Sunny suggested me to search UrbanPro.com. Thereby, I came across UrbanPro.com via Google search.

Q5. What was the turning point in your career?

Ans. First of all, joining UrbanPro.com was the turning point in my career. The one and only platform which has helped me a lot not only to teach students but also to get an identity throughout India by sharing a unique profile and reviews. In 2016, 3 out of my 4 students cracked the NEET examination’2017 and got admission in reputed medical colleges. One of my students cracked JEE Advanced’2017 and got admission in IIT KGP. Three others got a chance in KIIT, SRM and IEM respectively. That makes me happy and it was the second turning point of my career.

Q6. How UrbanPro.com platform helped you to expand your Medical Entrance Coaching Classes?

Ans. It’s very tough to find out a good tutor for the competitive examination within a short time in our busy schedule. As per my experience, UrbanPro.com is an impeccable epitome of an advent to bridle the fear of cracking the competitive examination. It is inevitable, UrbanPro.com being No. 1 tutorial site which helped me to provide my tutoring services throughout India.

Q7. What percentage of your work comes from UrbanPro?

Ans. 70-75% of my work comes from UrbanPro. I do receive 50% of my student directly from UrbanPro and 20-25% of my student indirectly but through references from UrbanPro.
