Q1. When and how you started as a Microsoft Excel Trainer?
Ans. My journey as a trainer for Microsoft Excel began 6 years back when I decided to start training MBA students. I have always been passionate about teaching and imparting knowledge to my peers and students.
Q2. What skills are required to become a Microsoft Excel Trainer?
Ans. Excel training is not a very difficult task, but what is most important is the ability to tell stories since it is the best way to teach. You need to have analytical skills and be able to build logic for the problems presented to you. You need VBA skills as well in order to train on efficiency building.
Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other Microsoft Excel Trainers on UrbanPro.com?
Ans. My trainings are always case-study based which is the most important aspect for anyone to understand Excel. This ability gives me an edge over my peers on UrbanPro. I have also conducted Corporate Trainings for various organisations, to name a few – Bharti AXA, EKAM Foundation, POSOCO – A Govt. of India Organisation, Hathway. All these trainings have given me a special ability to frame the problems better and build the logic.
Q4. How did you come across UrbanPro?
Ans. In my quest to become a trainer for MS-Excel I came across a lot of websites that could help me become a trainer for MS-Excel. I registered on UrbanPro in mid-2016 and ever since UrbanPro has given me the best leads and a lot of business.
Q5. What was the turning point of your career?
Ans. I realised that training was what I wanted to do ever since I was in MBA, as all my friends would take my help, which I very gladly agreed to. I have been a core academician since the last 6 years, but I got into Corporate training and individual training since the past 2 years, all thanks to UrbanPro.
Q6. How UrbanPro.com platform helped you to expand your Microsoft Excel Classes?
Ans. I began training people but I did not know how to commercialize my trainings. It was only after I registered with UrbanPro that I started slowly commercializing my training business. In fact, I have students from outside India as well. I have prepared a training module for an organization named MBA Basecamp in Netherlands, which aims to help students, and working professionals prepare for MBA.
