Q1. When and how did you start as a Corporate Trainer?
Ans. My first innings as a Corporate Trainer started in August 2015. The project required me to train mid-level employees in a company based out in New Delhi. Slowly, I started getting projects through personal networking and UrbanPro. Currently, I am working on a project for a US-based company.
Q2. What skills are required to become a Corporate Trainer?
Ans. A Corporate Trainer should have the correct domain knowledge first. Secondly, the trainer should have excellent communication skills and presentation skills. I would also like to say that a trainer should be empathetic. In the end, there should be a fine balance of hard skills and soft skills.
