On the day of GMAT test, candidates can choose up to five B-School programs where their scores will be sent. Within 20-days of taking the GMAT test, these scores are sent and the entire process is covered in the GMAT registration fee.
In case students plan to send their GMAT score to more than five B-Schools, then additional fee needs to be paid.

Privacy of GMAT score
Its only on the test taker’s special request GMAT scores and personally identifiable information will be released. Privacy policy of mba.com and GMAT Handbook does not permit the reveal of score at any other situation. In case of illegal release of GMAT score legal actions and proceedings can be taken ahead.
Point to note about GMAT score
A GMAT test taker’s score and other information in the records of the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) or its service providers will be released to third parties (such as government agencies or parties to a lawsuit) if requested pursuant to a subpoena or as necessary to detect or prevent unlawful activity in order to protect the security and authenticity of the GMAT exam. Scores Older than Five Years
GMAT test takers can request score reports for up to 10 years old, only if they have not taken the GMAT exam within the past five years. This may require additional processing time and a fee.
