Soumita, started her career as an H.R after completing M.B.A. She followed her passion and became a teacher in 2010. Besides being an IELTS tutor, she is good at helping students with developing their English communication skills. She also provides interview skills training which includes behavioral skills, English verbal aptitude, and presentation skills. So far, she has taught over 5000 students and counting more.

Q1. When and how did you start working as a Tutor?
Ans. I registered on UrbanPro in 2017 but could not remain active. I have revived my profile and started in 2021 again.

Ans. Good experience, Understanding and creating lessons as the student’s need. Seriously engaging in teaching. Very strong communication and interpersonal Skills.

Q5. What was the turning point in your career?
Ans. The first turning point in my career was to change my profession in 2010 from HR Executive to a full-time teacher and Counsellor and that risk I took was the best decision of my career. Since then, there was no looking back. The next turning point was to start working as a freelance educationist and through that, I climbed the next level of my career step and established myself in the field.
