Q1. When and how did you start as a ServiceNow trainer?
Ans: I started training students in ServiceNow, in 2016. I opted for this field as a trainer because I have always been passionate about teaching. I have never looked back since then.
Q2. What skills are required to become a ServiceNow trainer?
Ans: ServiceNow is an ISTM tool. If you want to become a successful ServiceNow trainer, then you need to have good knowledge of the ITIL Framework and a basic understanding of Javascript.
Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other ServiceNow trainers on UrbanPro.com?
Ans: I believe in teaching students using practical and real-time scenarios, rather than just the theory. I’m friendly with my students, because of which they often reach out to me to clarify their concerns after the session. I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure my students build a successful career, based on the topics learnt during the course of the training.

Q5. What was the turning point in your career?
