Q1. When and how did you start as a Spoken English Trainer?
Ans. I started 3 years back as an English Trainer. I was into legal field of work but it was my passion for the language that made me quit my job and start as an English Trainer.
Q2. What skills are required to become a Spoken English Trainer?
Ans. I would say you need to have an in-depth knowledge of the language. Along with that you should also be passionate enough to share your knowledge with your students. Patience is also a very important quality for becoming a trainer of any language.
Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other Spoken English Trainers on UrbanPro.com?
Ans. I design my curriculum as per the needs of my students. I don’t have a fixed course program which I apply to every class. I take sometime out before starting the classes with a student. I speak with them and know about their aspirations and then based on that I design a special module for each one of my student. Also, my students are at liberty to add up anything to the module if they feel so.

Ans. It was by chance that I came across Urbanpro.com when I was surfing online.
Q5. What was the turning point in your career?
Ans. I would say the decision to quit my legal job and to enter the profession of being an English Trainer was the turning point in my career. I find myself fortunate enough to have found my true calling and to have the support from my husband and my family to encourage me in taking up my passion as my new profession.

Ans. To be honest, when I started as a trainer in Bangalore I didn’t know anyone at that time. So I started from a zero network. However with help of UrbanPro.com, I was able to find students at much faster pace and slowly I started building my own network.
