1. Who founded your Yoga institute?

2. How big is your facility for yoga training?
We’ve a facility of around 3000 square feet that can accommodate around 18 students at a time.
3. How many trainers do you have? Permanent vs Visiting?
We have 3 permanent trainers and 2 visiting trainers.
4. Can you share profiles of your best Yoga Trainers?
One of our best trainer is Ms Sujatha S. Kumar. She is M.A and Certified Yoga Instructor from Indian yoga institute(Swami Vivekananda Yoga Kendra Bangalore). She has 6 years of experience in teaching yoga and overall 8years in teaching profession. Her subjects of expertise are Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Bhakthi yoga And Practice Level are Advance Asana and Pranayama.
5. How many students does your organization teach yoga every month?
We teach around 20 Western students and 200 Indian students every month.
6. What are the different yoga courses/ programmes that you conduct?
We conduct Ashtanga yoga course, Hatha yoga course, Vinyasa yoga,Foundational yoga course, Advance yoga, Yoga Teacher Training, Pranayama course, Mudra yoga(Cancer curing Mudras), Yoga for pregnancy, Yoga detoxification, Yoga Therapy course, Couple yoga Course, Teaching skills development course, Krida yoga(Kids) course, Different school of Meditations course, Chain yoga course, etc.
7. Do you conduct programs for Yoga trainers?
Yes, we do conduct yoga trainers program. We trained around 35 yoga trainers in last 12 months.
8. Tell us about some of your major affiliations, awards and certifications (if any)
Our school is registered under Government of Karnataka. We have Yogaacharya award from Shivanada yoga Ashram for Advance yoga study, Certifications in – Graduation in Education(B.ed), Graduation in yoga(M.Sc(yoga)), Graduationa in Health and Nutrition. Certified yoga instructor from Yoga alliance registered yoga school.
9. Is your institute involved in to Yoga Research? If yes, give some details?
We are planning to spend resources on research on Yoga in future but currently we are not actively conducting any research.
10. Has your organization organized/conducted any major Yoga event?
Yes, We have been conducting yoga camp and workshops for all IT and Bt companies since 2005. We also conducted workshops for western tourists recently.
11. Any other comment or Information that you would want to provide.
We are also teaching yoga freely to poor students in our yoga school and we are also giving yoga for villagers with the help of our students.
