Q. When and how you started as a Bank Clerical Trainer?

Ans. I have started tutoring Bank Clerical Training since 2008, when I was still a student doing final year B.Tech in Information Technology at Erode, Tamil Nadu. At the end of my third year, I got placed in Wipro and the final year is left with project. I was searching for some part-time teaching job to utilize my free time and to improve myself. I started working with various banking academics in Coimbatore and Erode as a Freelance Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer. I found my training skills were appreciated and wanted to train students for more competitive exams like IBPS PO, SSC, UPSC CSAT, NTSE and CLAT.

Q. What skills are required to become a Bank Clerical Trainer?

Ans. Consistent learning and regular updating of Bank Exam patterns, providing clear inputs from the exam point of view, good rapport with students and communication skills are required to become a Bank Clerical Trainer.

Q. What do you think makes you stand out from other Bank Clerical Trainers on UrbanPro?

Q. How you came across UrbanPro?

Ans. On one fine day, I came across UrbanPro on Internet (then it was named as ‘ThinkVidya.com’). I was doing very few classes initially for various academies. By the time UrbanPro came into existence, I have started my own academy too.

Q. What was the turning point in your career?

Ans. 80% of my work comes from UrbanPro. Many students, whom I have taught refer their contacts,. But the Base students are mostly form UrbanPro.
